Tallahassee, Fl. - Growler Country - on tap - slight haze to the medium golden pour with a silky soft white head that leaves a nice film of lacing. Aroma is pleasant, not overly apparent with some light saffron spiciness a touch of grassiness. Classic Belgian flavor with clean pear-like fruitiness, touch of yeast, some saffron spiciness. On tap at Moeder Lambic, Brussels. Pours a hazy, pale color, topped with solid, lasting white foamy head. Flat, not much carbonation. Fruity aroma, some tropic fruits that are very pleasant. Taste is characterized by a decent bitterness and slightly herbal notes, which can be felt for some time also in teh aftertaste. Not a bad one.
