4 months bottle refermented with 100% Brussels Brettanomyces yeast. Amber colored with copper reflections, very fruity (pineapple and red fruits), sustained by hop flavors and complex notes of old leather. In spite of its 6,5%, its dry and bitter finish makes it a surprising thirst-quencher.

Bottle enjoyed at home
Copper hazy, white head. Smell of funk, urinal blocks, fruity malts. Light to moderate sweet, fruity malts and a quite funky brett flavor, spicy elements, quite light, moderate bitter finish. The aroma is maybe a bit too men's urinal for me...

Bottle from Beerhive. Slightly hazy amber. Foams a lot. Nose is brett, wood, yeast, fermented fruits. Tastes dry and bitter, fruity, funk, zest. Although its bretted, it tastes slightly off with over-fermented notes and aroma as well as very high carbonation and foam.

Bottle, eight months after bottling. Pours light hazy, dark golden, with an enormous creamy head. Aroma is nice floral bretty notes of lavender and lilacs, with some cloves and wood, as well as malts with caramels and kandi. Full body, with a fizzy, mouth filling carbonation. Flavour is floral bretty notes, tropical notes and some hoppy notes, as well as malts with caramels. Nice Orval hommage.

Bottle at Koelschip. Hazy orange colored with a huge white head. Fruity aroma of barnyard with notes of hops. Fruity and light acidic flavor of barnyard and hops. Tart finish.

UPDATED: OCT 10, 2017 Fantastisk aroma! Kælder og lime i flot harmoni på højde med en god gueuze. Syre, bitterhed, frugtighed og tør brett går hånd i hånd. Kompleks og anderledes øl. Stor fornøjelse!

Bottle from Utobeer in London. I'm a total sucker for beers like this, that are light and simple and get nearly all of their flavor from the yeast. Even acknowledging that, though, I have to day this is a great example. It's got a ton of Brett character, but the isolated Bruxellensis works brilliantly, bringing out tons of fruit aroma without any farmyard or funk. Fantastic.

Refrigerated 11.2 oz. brown bottle poured into a Trappist glass. Translucent orange with huge white head. Aroma is floral, medium/light body, medium carbonation, and a little lacing. Taste is brett, fruity (citrus), floral, yeasty, and slightly dry. Quite nice for the style.

Bottle. Pours a deep hazy orange with a lasting thick sudsy white head. Aroma is of peach, apricot, light citrus, grassy, pineapple. Taste is of stone fruit, pineapple, funky. Light oily mouthfeel, medium to hard carbonation.
