33cl bottle purchased @ So bière. Belle robe dorée. Au nez on ne devine pas que c’est une triple. Beaucoup d’amertume et petites touches de poivre.

Tap at Muted Horn, Berlin - clear golden color, white head. Taste is green apple, dreid fruits, yeasty. medium bitter finish. no alcohol detectable. very quaffable.

Bottle from Cork & Cask. Golden body with lots of sediment beneath a thin white head. Low carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of apricot, white sugar, sea salt and hay. Flavour of overripe melon, stewed apple and white bread. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Hoppy and savoury. Decent.

Flavour: Medium fruity banana, pear, bready toasted bread. Light pepper, zest. Medium bitterness. Dry finish with lingering pear and light pepper. Mouthfeel: Medium warming. Medium bodied beer, High carbonation. Overall: Good balance of malt, yeast and bitterness. Light hops in the background. 330 ml bottle, poured. 26C. Belgian Tripel

Bottle. Bottled Apr 2014; BB date Apr 2015; Drank Feb 2015 - Pale Yellowy Gold in colour. Small off-white head. Fruity; citrus orange and lemon, banana. Yeasty. Spicy; peppery. Malty; biscuity malts, some caramel. Hoppy; grassy hops. Starts sweet fruity spicy. Quite dry. Increasingly bitter and dry into the finish. Very drinkable. Enjoyed this. Lovely Tripel! (2016-02-10)
