From 0.33l bottle. BBD: 12.06.14 - but stored all the time properly in the fridge. Pours hazy straw yellow liquid, small to medium frothy white head, Aroma: raisins, candied fruits, fruity, flowers - elderflower? , malts, very light alcohol, Taste: medium to heavy sweet, medium bitter, light sour, sweet fruits, raisins, candied fruits, light alcohol, yeast, Palate: full body, creamy texture, average carbonation, long bitter fruity finish. Overall: very nice tripel, lacked some more complex body, but overall very drinkable one.

Bottle @ home. Cloudy golden color with a large white head. Aroma of sweet pears, red apples, almonds, banana, honey, malts, yeast and some spicyness. Taste is dry with some malt sweetness and a crisp finish. Has a rather assertive bitterness throughout and pronounced spicy / peppery notes that lingers and blends nicely in the aftertaste. Also flavors of almonds, banana, some pear, yeast, white bread snd wine gums. Nice!

Not at all like other Tripels I tried in Brussels, very bitter and surprisingly easy to drink at 8% alcohol. Nice fruity complexity to accompany the bitterness and booziness; quite nice!

Flaske.

Aroma is bananas, pale malts, typical for a triple. Also some hoppiness going around. Medium body, medium carbonation. Taste is sweet and malt based. Crispy but delicate, a bit of corn is also present. Good.

Pour is a very murky orange with a huge white head. Aroma is a real nice fresh fruit and the main fruit I am getting in strawberry which is odd but in a good way. Flavor is more of a barnyard/basement dust with more of the fruit and the strawberry is there again. After the swallow you do get a punch of the bitterness. I don’t know how exact this is to the style but it is plenty flavorful.

60te Verköstigung auf dem ZYTHOS 2016, also sehr spät ;). Delicious Tripel. All the Kräutermadness. Nice. 0,1/Tap.

Gyllengul dimmig öl med ett smutsvitt skum. Doft av jäst med kryddighet och pepprighet samt citrus och lättare malttoner. Detsamma återkommer i smaken.

Desverger (11455) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - APR 1, 2017
[email protected], Copenhagen - Golden yellow pour with white head. Sweet malty and yeasty, some caramel, icing sugar, touch big lemon citrus and citric spice, slight spice into the finish.
