Aroma: 7
Medium aroma of malts, caramel, Belgisn yeast, orange, tropical fruit, hops, citrus.

Appearance: 4
Turbid/opaque amber/orange beer with a slight off-white head.

Taste/Palate: 7/3
Starts medium sweet with malts, caramel, Belgian yeast, orange and tropical fruit; ends slightly bitter and dry with hops and citrus.

Overall: 14
This beer is rather intense, complex and balanced. Big amount of malts that bring loads of caramel and a lot of hops as well, but not a lot of fruit flavour. Good idea to use a kind of Belgian yeast however. Great appearance and a good aroma, but the palate coule have been less bitter and more smooth.

Keg at the Axe, Stoke Newington. The only beer I had after a fruitless trip for Other Half! Hazy gold beer, good cream colour head. Palate is airy, a little dry and has a good minerally crispness. Thin malts, light creamy sweetness, Some light twang from the Belgian yeast. Light floral bitterness and modest orange peel. Light crisp finish. Modest bitter linger. Drinkable not delivering the hop hint I crave.

330ml Bottle - Amber with a foamy head. Peach, orange and apricot in the aroma. Fruity taste with peach, apricot, pine and some yoghurty notes. A good balance between a Belgian ale and an IPA.
