Bottle @ home. Zer0 (1224) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - DEC 3, 2013
Bottled. Pours hazy orange with a long lasting lacy off-white head. Aroma is herbal, floral, yeasty, some caramel, spicy and some tropical fruits. Taste is moderate bitter and light sweet. A bit sticky. Tasty stuff. Medium body, average carbonation. Good one. cagou007 (1208) - FRANCE - NOV 27, 2013
Pours a cloudy yellow-amber color with a big and persistent white head. Aromas are yeast, citrus, lemon, spices, fruits and grass. Oily texture. Long and dry bitter finish. Great beer, kind of Belgian ale hoppy as an American pale ale.

UPDATED: OCT 10, 2014 From the bottle, on various occasions. - Amber-orange, with a stable, creamy head. Strong, citrussy hops framed by amber malt. There is a light, honey-ish sweetness as well but the full, juicy, peppery hops are simply overwhelming. Rich, oily mouth feel; at the same time, the beer is slim, slightly tart, and very bitter. Long, dry, and bitter citrus aftertaste. - Simply wonderful. This beer is the living proof that it is possible to brew a well-hopped Belgian blonde. One of my all-time favourites. mathieuc (4000) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 10, 2013
Pours a hazy yellow with a thin white head that leaves good lacing. Some fine particules appear in the mixture. Aroma is fruity and full of Euro hops. Some bananas and spices (peppery). Taste is sweet but not too much, with a medium bitterness to keep it balanced. Body is medium, texture smooth. Carbonation is a bit aggressive at times but I believe it is just me being picky... Intense herbal finish, astringent. Really fun to drink and quite complex, nice! ncube (116) - - NOV 9, 2013
On tap at Fin du Siecle in Brussels. Light aroma of yeast and hops. Light malt sweetness upfront gives way to brief yeast and then a lasting hoppy bitter finish. Refreshing lightly hoppy Belgian pale ale. tom10101 (6229) - Quebec, CANADA - NOV 8, 2013
Bottle (330 ml). Hazy orange with a medium slowly diminishing white head and good lacing. Aroma is herbal with a nice citrus touch, yeast and malt. Taste is herbal and yeast with citrus, light malt and floral presence. Light but sticky herbal bitterness finish. Light to medium body. Moderate carbonation. Dry finish. Texture is almost oily at times. Very good herbal Belgian Ale. Drinkable aplenty and refreshing. Good balance.
