Bière ronde en bouche. Pas de goût fort en début. Arrière goût fort présent, on sent que la bière est forte.

Bottle; 750, poured at home. Thanks to Kenny again. A nice black appearance with a descent white lacing. Opaque. Aroma is wood; tree bark; chalk, musty perfume and hey. Taste is chocolate; oak; tar; leather; chewy penny black jack sweets; treacle; fudge; motor oil and black pepper. An interesting beer but not really for me.

3.7
MarcoDL (5377) - NETHERLANDS - NOV 23, 2014
Bottle. Black pour, with a brown/white head. Aroma is sweet, roasted and hoppy. Tastes a bit weird, has caramalised roasted malty notes of a Schwarz, but also a bitter and slightly fruity finish. Creamy mouthfeel. Nice.

Surprised tot see a black tipel. A dark beer with a stable beige head. Subtle aroma of burned malts. In the flavour you find the same burned malts, some chocolate notes, but a bit lacking in body.(Bottle 33cl)

3.9

Taste comprises earthy tones, light metallic wash, root liqourice, spice, brown bread, bitter fruit notes, light trace of pine and hoppy twangs, Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough BS, not to sweet and sticky.
