Bottle from a giftpack. The beer is dark hazy amber colored and has a nice and stable creamy, with good carbonation. The aroma is malty and fruity, with roasted malts, caramel, dried fruits, yeast and some spices. The taste is light to medium bodied sweetness, with caramel and roasted malts followed by a bitterness with yeast and spices. The finish is light bitter and fruity, yet a little watery. Shame its a little watery. When not, Im sure this is a good beer.

Bottle @ De Veldkeuken, Amelisweerd. Dark brown colour, beige foam disappears quickly. Sweet, caramel and very watery, medium carbonation. Too weak.

Robijnrood/bruin. Mooi.

Pours nice dark brown. So far the positive side... The rest is not bad, dont get me wrond, but lacks all that is claimed - especially the wood character. Maybe they used too little wood chips... The body is medium, the character unpronounced, disapointing.

Drank with Rik in Malden while playing Machiavelli 21-11. Okay double, not very rich taste, but not bad.
