(from 25cL bottle @ home)
(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 20 Feb 2016) Black colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with caramel, black rye bread, chocolate and roasted grain. Malty, roasted taste with notes of caramel, sweet liquorice, coffee and a gentle spicy bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, quite sweet. Interesting and tasty, quite sweet and leaning in the doppelbock direction. Nice one. DwarfeD (3539) - Amersfoort, NETHERLANDS - FEB 19, 2016
25cl bottle at home. Almost pitch black with a tan head. Medium to full body with low carbonation. Nice bitterness with subtle sweetness. Coffee, roasted malts, pine, dark chocolate and spices. Quite good actually.

Dark brown beer with a small beige head.
Tastes like smoke malts, roasted caramel, dark fruits and herbal notes.
Very sweet, more a quadruppel than a Imperial Porter. tricksta_p (5363) - Steenwijk, NETHERLANDS - FEB 9, 2016
Bottle at home. Aroma is dark malt, caramel, lots of liquorice, coffee, hint of dark fruits. Flavour is quite sweet, sticky, with a little bitterness in the finish. Body is above medium. A bit of a liquorice overkill, quite sweet and definitely not up to the standards I have for Imperial Porter. That being said, this is a decent brew. MarcoDL (5478) - NETHERLANDS - FEB 6, 2016
Bottle. Black pour. Aroma of sweet malt and caramel. Simple taste of caramel, licorice and malt. De leckere just can’t get it right. Too sweet and simple. Benzai (16928) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - FEB 4, 2016
Sampled @ Pint Winterbierfestival Gouda, 2016. Dark brownish color, virtually no head. Smell and taste malts, brown malts, sweetish hint but a malt bitter finish. Not an Imperial porter in any way imo, and not very good. Below par. ruuurd (345) - Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - JAN 29, 2016
Dark, caramel and because of the burnt mout, some nice coffee tones. This is not a beer I would normally drink but this one I like!
