Nice, bitter, dry blond quaffer, yeasty enough to be Belgian and not bothering to punch you in the face with more tropical hops (yawn). Gusher. Lively, lightly hazed, pale orange-gold. Floral nose, subtly splashed with orangeade. Refreshing, firm, earthy bitterness, dry, peppery and lightly tangy. Fun beer to drink, embracing bitterness but not trying to do too much.

Robe blonde/orange foncée, voilée à opaque, mousse blanche importante, texture neigeuse, bonne tenue. Nez très levuré, poivré, sur le grain. Bouche surprenante équilibrée entre l’amertume et l’acidité, avec des notes fruitées (agrume, raisin). Belle base maltée (grain, pain) et levurées. Carbonatation moyenne. Belgian Ale surprenante de complexité, légère en alcool, mais pleine de caractère.

Bottle @ home. Giallo ambrato, velata schiuma bianca fine non molto persistente. Aroma fine non troppo complesso. Fermentazione mista, pungente agrumato, citrico, scorza di limone.maltato, caramello. Ingresso acido, citrico, poi amara luppolato intenso terroso ed erbaceo. Lieve sentore metallico, non sgradevole. Molto corposa, poco calda, carbonatazione intensa molto fine. Quasi cremosa la sensazione tattile. Abbastanza equilibrata piuttosto armonica

Belle robe ambrée, fine mousse. Nez élégant et fruité sur des notes de fruits acidulés, de fruits exotiques, sur un fond acidulé et cerise du nord. Bouche à l’attaque élégante, fruitée, fine bulle, milieu de bouche un peu creux, finale courte mais équilibrée.

Eigenlijk komt het hier op neer. Mam’zelle, Fils à papa en Merci Maman hebben precies allemaal dezelfde basis. Zelfde soort giftige smaak. Zeer jammer. Hun Jeune Homme en Soeur S. is top, maar voor de rest is het allemaal dezelfde mengelmoes.

Flaska från begliuminabox. Orangebrun disig vätska med grädigt bestående skum. Fin lätt laktosyrlig doft med drag av inlagda plommon och yoghurt. Smaken mjuk och rund lätt syrlig och fruktigt söt med en lätt träig beska på slutet. Fina ganska plommonsmaker, lite gräddig men ändå relativt torr. Lätt anslag, fin mjuk syra och en smakbild jag gillar och inte direkt kan påminna mig om att ha provat tidigare. Lite Oude bruin touch men ändå inte. Riktigt gott.
