Drinking a slightly older bottle @ home. Smells and tastes pretty malty and not very herbal. Has a nice sweetness to it. Simple. Combined with pretty low carbo it’s quite a smooth and enjoyable triple for me. EddyBeer1 (1058) - Brussels, BELGIUM - OCT 9, 2013
Orange voilée, effervescence moyenne-forte, col blanc-beige tenace. Malts caramel, notes de bananes/miel, amertume houblonnée qui reste sur la longueur. Rien de neuf au pays de la triple... Sureshpa (397) - Maastricht, NETHERLANDS - OCT 11, 2013

Hazy golden color, stable white foam. Aroma of belgian yeast, bread, tropical fruits. Taste is well balanced, bitterness comes at the end with a warming alcohol aftertaste. Nice tripel.

UPDATED: OCT 4, 2014 Gift from wife, she insisted I drink it blind (ie she soaked off the label and insisted I rate it before she tell me what I was drinking) What follows is from my notes:
Hazy dark golden with large white head. Spicy sweet yeasty aroma. Taste I also spicy sweet with hints of toffee and earthy dark fruits. Boozy in the middle. Earthy Belgian hop finish with some yeast flavors too. Wanne (65) - - AUG 6, 2015
Typical pale colour, bit cloudy and awhite head. Some floral details from the hops. There’s some honey sweetness in the taste , next to some herbal and floral notes from the hops. Better than I expected. wekker84 (2390) - etten-leur, NETHERLANDS - FEB 19, 2011

Bottle from Dranken Geers, Oostakker, Nr Gent, Belgie, 12th November 2011 consumed at home 15th November 2011. Pours warm gold in fact almost a rusty look to it. Bit of a gusher out of the bottle. Soft mouthfeel. Light fruity with a dab of spice and touch yeasty, it’s good. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4 oldrtybastrd (5002) - Fort Walton Beach, Florida, USA - DEC 5, 2011
Pours a bright golden yellow color. Active carbonation throughout the session. Aromas of hops, fruit, and a little yeast. Has a light fruity citrus taste, with some yeasty notes, and a good hop flavor.
