22. Pours a crystal clear and deeply rubied medium amber with a loose and creamy light tan head. Big lemony confused nose; lots of citric hops and bright tangy esters climbing all over each other to see who gets top bunk. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Tangy lemons and citric notes on the mid palate, along with some reedy, heavy, overly caramelized malt sugars. This is just a big bully of a saison, and saisons were never really meant to bully anybody. TET (3169) - Kaarina, FINLAND - MAR 16, 2013
A reddish brown beer with a medium, creamy and blond head. Aroma is tropical fruity, lots of fructose, peaches, hint of spices, overally the strong fruityness is dominate. Taste of fruits, peaches, tropical fruits, lots of fructose, some bitterness balancing the strong sweetness, hint of spices and pine needles. Full bodied, smooth carbonation, slightly heavy to drink. This is not Saison, more like DIPA, a slightly too heavy and sweet, but still tastefull. Theydon_Bois (20450) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - MAR 16, 2013
Bottle at home (750ml corked and capped) thanks to an IP trade with Dennis.
Cloudy orange/amber with a decent off white head that hangs around.
Nose is juicy mango, peach, orange, hops, caramelised sugars, light spice.
Taste comprises orange pith, grapefruit, mango, sugars, tarte and tangy citrus fruit, light mineral notes, background hops.
Fullish body with fine carbonation, sweet dryish finish.
Nice ramped up saison ! KyotoLefty (10603) - Kyoto, JAPAN - MAR 4, 2013
Cloudy amber- orange, tall finehead. Nose like an IPA, caramel malts, citrs hops, not very saison-like, though nice. Flavor is alcohol, Belgian yeast, huge malt sweetness, plus big hop bitterness. Ridiculously sweet, spicy, boozy. Nohing saison-like about it, just an under-attenuated double IPA with Belgian yeast. Haphazard. Bov (13221) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - FEB 22, 2013
from Erzbierschof - hazy copper-amber beer under a solid creamy beige foam; strong aroma of marzipan, cream, almonds and mango; very sweet and full-bodied, subtle carbonation and a bit sourish; residual sugars and tons of hops and pine needle, mango; pretty sticky - strong and heavy

Pours a deep dark ruby amber colour with a white head. Aroma of strong sweet berries, some perfume and biscuit. Flavour of strong sweet berries, biscuity malts, grassy hops, alcohol and some syrupy notes. Full bodied, oily mouthfeel and soft carbonation. Finishes malty, sweet, high bitter finish. Alcohol comes through. Quite unbalanced and messy.
750ml bottle from Beernavigatorlaiti (8507) - Tampere, FINLAND - FEB 16, 2013
Bottled on 13.7.2012 - Pours dark orange with a large foamy head. Aroma of sweet berries, caramel malts, hints of fruity hops and grass. Taste is sweet and malty with some berries, caramel, toffee and hints of spices. Finish is warming, sweet, caramely and malty with mild notes of grassy hops and berries. Quite untypical for a saison, too boozy, sweet and malty. Feels a bit unbalanced and messy.

Aroma has is somewhat stale with citrus, some orange and distant earthy notes. Flavour has berries, caramel, resin, apricot and some solvent‐like alcohol htat turns burning after some sips. Sticky palate, even stickier towards the end of the glass. Too messy, too much berries and alcohol.

Pours hazy mahogany color with a large head. Aroma of ripe fruits, hops, caramel, mild malts, herbal notes and some toffee. Flavor of berries, caramel, malts, ripe fruits, goose berries and some yeast. Quite stuffy, some alcohol burn, ripe fruity finish. A bit messy.
Amber ruby in the glass. Medium offwhite head that lasts. Aroma of citrus and sweetness. Great mouthfeel, and supersweet taste. Alot of candysugar in the taste, almost quad-like. Also quite spicy. Hoppy aftertaste. This is my kind of beer! Definately the best sIPA I’ve had so far.
