An excellent imperial stout. teddybeer (3831) - Madrid, SPAIN - MAY 20, 2017
Black color, tan head with medium duration. Aroma is roasty, with a high presence of coffee notes. Flavor is light bittery, roasty, toasty, some smoked notes, coffee beans and black chocolate with hints of ripe black fruits. Dense on palate with some carbonation in the final but dominating the roasted malts notes.

Tar black, pours almost thick, thick brown head. Aroma is prunes, cold coffee, dark chocolate. Tastes starts light sweet with tons of coffee and chocolate backed with roasted malts, pretty strong coffee and burned bitterness is the finish. Very thick and oily, mild carbonation, perfect texture. Awesome beer. MelvinKalksma (1577) - NETHERLANDS - APR 14, 2017

Medium/heavy aroma of malts, caramel, chocolate, mocha, roasted malts and coffee.
Opaque black beer with a slight/medium brown/dark brown head.
Starts medium/heavy sweet with malts, caramel, chocolate and mocha; ends slightly bitter and dry with roasted malts and coffee.
This beer is intense, complex and balanced. So much coffee, you do not even notice the cacao nibs that much. Perfect appearance and palate as well, but the aroma could have been stronger.
Bottle - Dark sweet chocolate, roast and nice coffee. Jet black with a rich brown head. Intense dark chocolate, nice coffee and a long sticky coffee finish. __Rb81 (789) - NETHERLANDS - MAR 18, 2017

Taste is over moderate to heavy sweet, moderate bitter, long chocolate and coffee aftertaste. Nice, but a bit much in the end. androman (2477) - Maarssen, NETHERLANDS - MAR 14, 2017
