Had this at Boreft Beer Festival, De Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands, 24.09.11 I only really got to try this because of Craig’s persistence that I try it, thanks Craig! quite spicy and a very floral beer. Very interesting however the floral nature is a little too dominating with honey, lavender the latter pointed out by Craig. A7 A3 T7 P3 Ov14 3.4 Vaiz (4460) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - SEP 25, 2011
Draught @ BBF 2011. Hazy copper pour, thick solid white to gray (?) head. Aroma is very fruity, full of wonderful bergamot, like good earl gray tea, with some spices. Flavor is very fruity, sweet with nice floral bitter hops. Nice balance. Very drinkable. But the Amarillo is almost gone. suprchunk (2994) - Crestview, Florida, USA - SEP 25, 2011
Dark toffee/amber color. Big white head. Little lacing. Huge fruity aroma. Smells like fruity pebbles and hops. Tastes pretty much the same. Sweet, hoppy, bit of sugar and malt. Creamy. A subtle smokiness. Too fruity. thebeermonk (24) - NETHERLANDS - SEP 25, 2011
Draught at borefts 2011. Loved the nose of this beer. Truly reminded me of Earl Grey tea with a bit of lemon, which is of course present due to the Amarillo hops. First taste was really nice, and so was the second sip. After that it went downhill, I would not finish an entire bottle of this. Nice try, but no thanks... joergen (28164) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - SEP 24, 2011
Draught at Borefts Bier Festival 2011.
Hazy orange coloured with a huge white head.
Fruity aroma of caramel, cookies, orange peel, hops and grass.
Fruity flavour of hops, grass, orange peel and tea.
Reminds me of orange flavoured cookies.

On tap at BBF’11. Hazy orange amber colour, off white head. Aroma of lemon cheesecake, more of that, and citrus. Flavour is sweet, light malty, biscuit, lemon cheesecake, lots of that, orange peel, bittersweet finish. Medium bodied. Prefer the regular Amarillo.
