Murky orange brown, large head. Smells.. Orangey citrus, peel even from hops, lots of malt, some spice. Tastes..some citrus from the hops, but heavily on the sweet malts caramel and honey.. Not bad, bit sweet though.

Minimal top as any De Molen i’ve had, alc. not obtrusive, tastes caramel and is way too sweet for me. Wondering how much this blocks the taste.

Uhlen (251) - Trondheim, NORWAY - AUG 3, 2013
Pours dark cloudy orange, thin offwhite head. Fruity hoppy aroma, peaches and apples. Some grassy notes aswell. Rich mouthfeel and a long smooth finish.

mgermani (1010) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 3, 2013
Pours a dull orange with a thin, short-lived head. Sweet, boozy, almost nedicinal nose - sour orange too. Strong sweet barley malt flavour mixed with citrus bitterness and light sourness. Fruity finish. Moderate carb & lightly chewy body. Oddly enough, more sessionable than their other single-hop beers, despite the high abv. Pleasant.

Leckeres, blumiges IPA aus der kleinen Brauerei De Molen. Vollmundig gut als Winterbier geeignet, dass einem Lust auf Frühling macht.
