Rami Rami is drinking a Bloed, Zweet & Tranen by Brouwerij De Molen at Konstruktorska Business Center 2016. Torfowy na maksa aromat, drewniano-oscypkowo-podkladowo-jodynowy. W uscie fajna faktura, pojawia sie tez nieco czekolady. Slodkawe
Rami Rami: jeszcze troche susz i karmel wychodza.

Bottle. Black with thin beige head, fastly diminishing. Aroma, dominated by smoke, in the background some liqurice, caramel coffee. Taste is also dominated by smoke, then some roasted malts, coffee and caramel. Texture is oily. I think the high smoke dominance imbalances this beer. Maybe "Smoked" aint my favorite style

Bottle, 0.33l. Thick black pour with thin layer of beige head, short lasting. Smoke and charcoal dominate the nose, notes of caramel, licorice and coffee in the background. Medium body with lively carbonation, somewhat thin on the tongue. Gets thicker as it warms up. Smoked mouthfeel, roasty bittersweet taste. Pretty dry. Similar to nose, palate and aroma are heavily dominated by smoke and charcoal, subduing other aromas. Lack of balance. Roasted malts and coffee, touch of caramel and licorice. Sugary notes as it warms up. Touch of liquor during the finish. Overall, not balanced enough, but for what it is its good, simply not my style. A bit too heavy on the smoke for my taste.

BOTTLE 33 CL at home. Cloudy dark brown, short lived beige head. The aroma is full on smoke and peat, salty black olive brine, some smoked cheese, salted smoked fish. Hardly any proper malts can be found. The taste has some sweetness, but much more smoke, leather and smoked cheese, light spicy bitterness and ashes. The body is not big enough for this gravity and does not have the smoothness of a good strong stout. Not bad, not great either.

From a 330ml bottle on 2/2/2017. Pours a dark brown with pretty much no head. The nose features lots of ash with some caramel and chocolate. In the mouth its quite sweet with lots of more caramel and chocolate, lots of smoke, ash and bacon, finished of mild, slightly sour hop bitterness. The palate is slick and the carbonation modest. A nicely balanced, enjoyable smoked brew.

Draft Third of a Pint at GBBF 2010 (Day 1), Earls Court, London Aug 2010 - Dark Reddish Brown in colour. Pronounced smoky taste; wood smoke not smoked ham or bacon. Malty; roast malts, chocolate, coffee, caramel, smoke. Fruity; dark fruits. Vinous. Sour edge, either hops or berries. Rather tarry. Roast malty and mildly sour throughout with a pronounced smoke taste. Not easy to drink. Expected more of this. Bit disappointing. (2010-08)

Muss man Bock drauf haben. Extrem vertorfter Schinkenkracher. Mit dem Malz wurde offensichtlich nicht gegeizt. Heftige Rauchschwaden umwehen den Zartbitterschokoladenwrzhopfenbittertrunk. Nice!!!! Lust auf wahnwitzig hammerharte Abfahrten sollte man allerdings mitbringen....Eier natrlich auch 😀. Am Gaumen rotweinschlank und oftmals verspielt lakritzkratzig. Let the Kautschuk burn 🔥. 0,33/2,55. 0.33 l bottle from Pivoteka, Zagreb. Shared with Vinja 666 and Goran. Dark brown to black, minimal off-white head. Smoke, medium to heavily smoked, ash and smoked meat. Good peat and roast balance, extremely dry. Very whisky-like, barrel, some cherry and chocolate. Medium to full body, beautiful barrel finish.

UPDATED: JAN 15, 2017 Bottle 33cl. Deep black with an off white head that fades quickly. The aroma is strong with chocolate, smoke and coffee. The taste is bittersweet with a beautiful development with hints of smoked wood and chocolate in the aftertaste.
