COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
There’s plenty of fruit like orange, tangerine and sweet apples. It’s powerful and full bodied but still easy going. Although the name would suggest otherwise, it’s our favourite amongst the female clientele yet also highly appreciated by the other sex. Well hopped as always, but the obvious alcohol and the massive malt and fruit character restrict the hops to the background, only to reveal itself in the finish. Full bodied, notes of champagne. Champagne mousse after pouring in the glass. Grapes and a hint of mandarin curacao in the aroma, together with a hint of vin mousseux. Malty sweet flavor, immensely full bodied, with mandarine curacao and vinous notes. Thick mouthfeel, just a touch of yeast in the aftertaste. Huge beer. ABV on the label reduced from 15 to 11.9%. Recipe remains the same

UPDATED: NOV 19, 2012 Dark copper with no head at all. Aroma of licorice, malts and alcohol. Strong caramel taste, together with malts, some bloodish notes and licorice. The alcohol are a bit to present for me. An ok+ barley wine

33cl bottle at home. Appearance: hazy brown with low off-white head. Aroma: caramel, sweet spice, orange, raisins, red apple, fruits and alcohol. Taste: pretty high sweetness and medium bitterness. Notes of brown sugar, raisins, orange, hint of cinnamon. Palate: full bodied, oil/sticky texture and medium carbonation

Hodně dobrý barley wine, který byl ale na můj vkus moc sladký. Silná masivita, krémová pěna jsou zde hlavní dominanty piva.

Inoven (695) - Oirschot, NETHERLANDS - MAY 25, 2017
Bier van de tap gedronken tijdens bierfestival Oirschot. Licht amber kleurig, helder bier. Geur en smaak is fruitig, perzik, rozijn en appel. Nasmaak is bitter.

Geproefd met Roelzie1986, Inoven en Benzai bij het Brabants Bier festival in Oirschot. Het is een amberkleurig bier met een volle smaak. Beetje caramel, fruitig rozijn achtig.

W zapachu suszone ciemne owoce, piękne śliwki, rodzynki, miodek, trochę karmelu. W smaku trochę takich nut winnych, sporo rodzynków, ciemne owoce i delikatnie drażniący alkohol.

Pours dark amber, slightly clear with dissipating beige/off-white head. Aroma: rich malt aroma, with bread, toffee, caramel, honey-like notes, with grape and dark fruit like esters and marmelade-like, floral, earthy hop notes. Flavour is even more intense: white bread, rye bread, toffee, caramel, honey-like malt flavours, dark fruit, grape like esters, tangerine-like marmelade-like, floral hop profile. Sligjtly dry, moderate medium to medium hop bitterness. Body is full, chewy, soft texture, with low to moderate carbonation.

Amber colour, no head, no lace. Aroma of caramel and more caramel. Oranges, dried fruits, grapes, wood and wine notes, brandy. Full bodoy, creamy, dense, sticky palate. No carbonation. Taste, of course, caramel, dried fruits, notes of chocolate, oranges, wine notes. Fantastic, pure caramel.

Gęste, wyklejające, słodkie. Czuć alkohol. Słodkie owoce. Wysycenie mogłoby być ciut niższe.
