Keg (EBF2008)
Dark brown - healthy head, and with stacks of lacing. Sweet dark malty aroma, some roastiness. Really soft palate - very smooth. Big malty body - woody. Huge hoppy finish. A really lovely taste, and no hint of alcohol at all. Brilliant bock.

Tap @ EBF 2008. Cinnamon, malt and caramel in the aroma. Firm roasted flavor with cinnamon and hints of ginger. Caramelly bitter finish. Well balanced, tasty, roasty and not too sweet. Well hopped, as you might expect from this brewery.

[on tap at EBF 2008] Not pleasant herbal B.O. aroma with a little hazlenut. Murky orange-brown with an off-white lacy ring. Milk chocolatey caramel and hazlenutty flavour with plenty of grain and well balancing hops bitterness. Perceptible hops flavour. Medium body with moderate carbonation and a moderately bitter finish.

Draught. High creamy and lasting off-white head. Hazy amber body. Fruity spicy aroma with heavy barley malt notes. Smooth fruity hoppy flavor with a solid body. Low carbonation. Long aftertaste.
