thewolf (12706) - Kolding, DENMARK - SEP 16, 2008
Tap @ EBF, 2008, Carlsberg.
Pours muddy light brown with a small, creamy, off-white head. Aroma is milky, some light spice and grainy malts. Okay mouthfeel with some definite graininess. Flavour is doughy, just a tad of chocolate with some sweet caramel. Not at all on par with the last two bocks from De Molen, but the brewer also told me that it might have been just a tad too fresh.

MiP (15943) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - SEP 15, 2008
Draught at EBF08. Creamy and spicy aroma, perhaps a bit wheaty. Muddy orange and brown colour. Small tight tan head. Creamy and spicy flavour, like a spicy Dunkelweizen. Astringent bitterness, from the alcohol.

3.4
jbrus (4990) - Delft, NETHERLANDS - SEP 15, 2008
Malty, chocolate and lightly smoked aroma. Cloudy, brown color, yellowish firm head, good lace. Roasted, bitter, chocolate, herbal, laurel, lightly smoked, hop dry finish. Flavorful but it could use a little bit sweetness imo.

3.6
ekstedt (6932) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - SEP 14, 2008
Draught at EBF 2008. Hazy copper, medium beige head. Sugary, nutty, caramelly aroma. Medium bodied and smooth. Dry and quite bitter finish. Quite good but not very complex.
