Bottled (in Poirotti, Helsinki, blessed be the memory of the pub!). Slightly hazy pale brown colour with a mediumsized pale beige head. Aroma is raisins, mild toffee, alcohol, wood and some nutty notes. Flavour is nutty, yeasty, caramelly and some mild hoppiness to it.

yngwie (17078) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - DEC 31, 2008
Bottle. From trade with jbrus. A slightly hazy amber to ruby beer with a decent beige head. Weak nose of caramel, sugars and some fruits. Sugary-sweet delicious flavor with caramel, some alcohol notes and a cute little bitterness. Slightly warming in the mouth, with a good carbonation. A nice one, even though the aroma was boring and unispiring. (081003)

bman1986 (173) - Broadstairs, Kent, ENGLAND - JUL 8, 2008
Bottle from The Ramsgate Brewery, Broadstairs: Pours a hazy chestnut brown. Large head due to relatively high carbonation. Lots of malt, fruit and toffee flavours with a little roasted malt. Very nice indeed.

Dickinsonbeer (5074) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - MAY 5, 2008
On Tap at Arendsnest with Bierkoning. This one was pretty good overall- pours a nice ruby amber and lasting head. Aroma is toasty, dark fruits, some raisin and other fruity estersbut also some light rubbery notes. More rubber and fusels in the flavor - estery raisin, fig, and dried fig paste/jam with caramel sweetness. Finish is pretty smooth. Wierd but pretty good.

Bullit (4637) - Burgos, SPAIN - APR 26, 2008
A classic abbey dubbel. Brown colour, tan head. Aroma and flavour have dark fruits, roasted malts and caramel. Well executed.

Bottle at LCRBM3. Brown/gold colour. Drinkable brune with surprisingly good hop on the end.

3.4
MesandSim (7117) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 16, 2007
A Mes rate: Bottle at LCRBM3. Murky brown with a decent off white head. Earthy and barrel type aroma with some fruity notes. Flavour is roasted malt. Typical for this brewer. Slight soapy notes but still tasty. Chocolate and alcoholic finish. Little too much carb for me but not bad.
