bonkiedeaap (784) - Leerdam, NETHERLANDS - SEP 16, 2017
Bottle from de Caigny in Essen, Belgium. The beer has a little hazy amber color and pours a nice and stable creamy head, with good carbonation. The aroma is malty with clear notes of caramel, pines, grass, flowers, citrus, spices and tea. The taste is full bodied maltiness and begins with sweet caramel notes and changes into a pleasant hoppy bitterness with notes of citrus, pines and spices. The finish is dry and pleasantly bitter.

Icedwarf (1721) - Etten-Leur, NETHERLANDS - SEP 9, 2017

(Draught at De Drie Dorstige Herten, Utrecht, 26 July 2017) Amber colour with creamy, off-white head. Fruity, spicy nose with notes of citrus, orange peel and bergamot. Malty, fruity taste with citrus, Earl Grey tea, caramel, fresh citric hops and a balanced bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well balanced IPA, with a nice bergamot touch. Nice one.

Muggus69 (2589) - Yarram, Vic, AUSTRALIA - AUG 30, 2017
330mL bottle from International Beer Collector. Bottled 11-04-17 Pours a deep honey gold body, white head. Whoa - punchy citrus aroma - rind, juice, skin with piney, resiny notes and a biscuity malt backing. Surprisingly medium bodied, lowish carbonation, touch of acidity/citrus rind oiliness. Not as intense on the palate - citrus rind, earl grey tea, pine sap & needle, some biscuity malt sweetness, fair smack of bitterness hangs on. Good overall IPA - bergamot is heavy hitting & complimentary.

drjoeng (1357) - SINGAPORE - JUL 29, 2017
7.1%ABV. IPA. Tapped out amber. 14 SRM. Nose has some neat lychee, sweet stone fruit and honey. Honey apricots. The nose has a hint of carbonization suggesting burnt sugar or a scorched maple wood, bourbon barrel. Mouthfeel is watered honey. Palate has toasted malt with wheat toast, sweet boiled barley, honeyed figs. Hops are woody, hint of resin, pine sap with a grass finish. Finish is medium with resinous, sappy bitter. Slightly sticky finish of watered honey.

Flaska. Disig bärnstensfärgad med ett vitt skum. Dofter av earl grey, grapefrukt och karamell. Smakinslag av earl grey, karamell, blomster, grapefrukt och apelsin. Fantastiskt avvägd sötma/beska. Fyllig kropp.

ljthiessen (1391) - Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA - JUL 16, 2017
On tap at Sugar Bowl, Edmonton. Cloudy amber pour with a thick white head. Aroma is black tea and mild grapefruit, sweet and a little spicy, definitely an overall aroma of Earl Grey tea. Taste is nicely balanced black tea and citrus, sweet up front with some bitterness and spice notes, finishes a little dry with a great lingering tea note. Really nice.
