330ml bottle. Clear golden in colour with lots of bubbles, thin white head, light lacing. The aroma is of grains, cookies, some wheat, light sweetness, grass and herbs. The flavour is a bit thin, lightly bitter, cereal and wheat, very faint caramel. Lightly bitter mouthfeel, light body, mild carbonation. Finishes average length, some bitterness. Totally my fault this one is. Possibly 2 years past the date. I imagine that this would be fantastic fresh. BeerandBlues2 (13871) - Escondido, California, USA - JUL 16, 2014
Bottle at home. Pours cloudy yellowed orange with a small, fizzy white head, medium to short retention with spare lacing. Aroma is grassy, herbal, earthy and woody hops, light grapefruit notes and cracker malt. Flavor is moderate hops and bitterness, lactic citrus notes, supporting malt and a dry finish. Light body and moderate carbonation. NikkTwist (3368) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 6, 2014
Draft at Monks. Hazy medium amber pour with bright white foam that left lace. Blonde toffee caramels. Tangelos. Feels fairly watered down but still better than the 4.5 ABV might suggest. Thankfully not too sweet. Dry peppery finish. Doesn’t feel like a proper Bitter to me at all. s_hartshorne (2816) - wakefield, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - MAY 5, 2014

Bottle from craven arms, birmingham. Slightly hazy amber beer with small head and patchy lacing. Aroma of fruit and malts. Taste is fruity, malts and a little dry leaf. Decent. BeErikS (40) - TAIWAN - APR 18, 2014
Good lingering head and nice nose with citrus notes. Light to mid caramel color with a touch of haze. Touch of spice or pepper on the tongue, but with an unpleasant sourness. Soy sauce comes to mind. Minimal webbing on the glass. I'm a big fan of De Molens, but not of this particular effort. However taste is subjective and judging by head and mouthfeel, this is another quality brew from DM so if you don't mind sour in your beer you might love this. Bottle @ Tröls. More an apa than a bitter according to me. Heavy on the floral aromas and some, earthy and cereal aromas as well. MarcoDL (5416) - NETHERLANDS - FEB 27, 2014
Flat beer with almost no head. Mild taste of caramalt. Hopping is subtle, with some nice amarillo. Bit boring. angel77 (3987) - oviedo, SPAIN - FEB 24, 2014
