Unclear medium amber colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, wood, fruity, dried fruit, sweet malt, alcohol, toffee malt. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, wood, oak, dried fruit, alcohol. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. Borefts VIII. Day 2. Keg. Hazy amber beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Dry sweetish malts, nice light caramel - toffee. Good dried fruits. Oaky sweetness and a little vanilla. Smooth and slightly spicy finish. Very nice.

Taste smooth apples, spices, like white wine at one point, woody, caramel at the end, full body, oily feel, soft carbonation, long finish, Really good aged.

Clear copper orange beer, no head. Aroma: bourbon goodness, vanilla, sweet, slightly fruity, caramel, alcohol, lovely. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet sugary start, lots of sugar, caramel, vanilla, bourbon, slightly sourish touch. Aftertaste: bourbon, sweet, vanilla notes, more alcohol. Love it though!
