33 cl bottle @ home, another of my many cellar finds (= bottles that I had for a long time, but forgotten about). Orange-y color with floaties. Off white head with short retention. Aroma's: sweet, dried fruit. Retronasal it's sweet, sugar (but not in a nasty or cloying way), sweet dried fruit, light alcohol. Flavor is sweet, bready malts, caramel malts, with a touch of bitterness. Alcohol is noticeable but not too hot. Above medium bodied. Soft carbonation. Long finish, light moderate bitter. The two years in the cellar haven't been bad. williamstome (2062) - Denver, Colorado, USA - AUG 28, 2017

Pours a hazy golden with lots of floaters and a high offwhite head that leaves nice lacing. Nose is of green apples (acetaldehyde) and that’s about it. Almost no signs of the booze and no other worthwhile aromas. Taste is moderately sweet with some green apples again and is moderately boozy. Flavors of salted caramel and toffee. Body and carbonation a moderate. Surprisingly not too boozy but the flavors are not too pleasing either. Barely OK, would certainly be better if it was not of the acetaldehyde problem.
