33 cL bottle. Pours clear, golden and dark brown with a fully gone head. Mild spiced and light yeasty with a nice roasted malt aroma, mild acidic/citric note too. Light spiced, mild liqourice and a nice roasted malt flavour. Again with a more flavourful malt base than just roasted. Smooth and malty finish with a mild spice flavour.

Bottled. A hazy dark brown beer with a thin light tan head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and spices - especially cloves, but also with lighter notes of roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of vegetables, roasted malt, caramel, and spices, leading to a dry finish.

omhper (25160) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - JAN 24, 2010
Bottled at Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Dark brown with lively head that keeps flowing over. Milky coffee aroma. Dryish and lively, light bodied. Mostly milky, almost lactic, some butter and spritzy coffee. Feels diluted and imperfect. Not of De Molen standards.

2nd August 2009
Dark reddish brown clear beer, thick biscuit coloured head. Crisp and light palate contrast with the soft head. Malty with a very light touch of smoke. Subtle hop in the dry frothy finish. Okay but just a little dull.
