In sottofondo sentori floreali erbacei.

Amber colour wth medium light yellow cap. Well balanced belgium tripple taste with fruity citrus style notes and medium bitterness.

HUGE head. Pours a foggy golden orange. Spruce and citrus aroma. Slightly sweet with a bitter aftertaste.

Currently drinking while typing. As with the rest of the De Molen brews I have tried, the smell is amazing! Full of sweet malts, gentle toffee, brown sugar, sprucey hops and a caramel edge too. The beer was a gusher, as I pried the cap open it let out serious pressure then started foaming up the neck and had to pour it then and there. A full thick long lasting foamy head of an off-white colour that sits on top of a rusty orange cloudy beer that looks incredible! The taste is brilliant, huge malts, floral hops, coriander, fruity, yeastiness and also slightly bitter too with a malty hop aftertaste. Feels gentle but huge in the mouth, ever so slightly prickly bubbles on the tongue from the higher level of carbonation. Seriously good beer, my love for the De Molen range is growing! Must buy!

Lore (2746) - Budapest, HUNGARY - APR 13, 2013
cloudy amber colour, minimal off-white head; aroma is fully dominated by yeast - it’s really like a wine cellar; taste is also very yeasty with wine-notes, sweetness, significant alcohol and bitter aftertaste; it is the strangest tripel I have ever tasted...great, but very extreme

Gerbeer (3755) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 5, 2012
330 ml bottle. Pours a murky dark orange with huge head. Aromas of peaches, candy, toffee, and toasted malts. Flavors of butterscotch, toffee, yellow plums, rresin, and malts. Indeed ABV is hidden. Great.

Lys farve. Dette blir en sommerfavoritt.

UPDATED: MAY 14, 2013 2008 bottle courtesy of deanso. Cloudy, amber with a dark tinge and a creamy, lasting, beige, lacy head. Smells of figs, raisins, caramel, malt, toffee, trail mix, nuts and a faint orange zest. Smooth full frothy creamy body. Bittersweet taste of toffee, caramel, roasted and toasted malt, nuts, and trail mix with raisins and prunes. Nice spice. Delicious. Somewhere between a Dubbel and a Tripel.
