Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - OCT 22, 2012
Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr/madsberg/Ungstrup. Pours a reddish deep amber with a creamy and lacing beige head. Very enticing spicy, fruity nose. Medium body, rather sophisticated flavours of wood and burned caramel with a great hoppy finish, of sophisticated aroma hops. Very interesting and nothing Belgian about this. 221012

Hazy dark red beer. Big fluffy pale tan head. Sweet malt. Mild minerals. A little coca cola. Lots of malt cream. Touch of orange squash underneath. Whisper of spice. Finishes fairly neutral. Tasty Belgian Strong, very smooth.

Medium in body with creamy carbonation. Moderately sweet to finish, lightly dry with some more bread, berries and very faint, general tang. OK, but a little incoherent.
