Bottle thanks to and @ dEnk. Opaque pitch black color, full sized dense light brown head. Smell and taste malts, roasted malts, coffee, some hops. Taste malts, roasted malts, coffee, bitter, slightly hops, alcohol. Full body, perfect carbonation. Great beer.

Bottle @ MrOrla and ShaunHill reconnects, Bottle 6566. Thanks guys. Pours black with a creamy beige head and lacings. Roast, wood, bourbon, chocolate, licorice and charcoal. Smooth and vinous. Lovely sipper!

Bottle thanks to Bruce - cheers! It pours near black with a small light tan head. The nose is earth, roasty, toast, milk chocolate, vanilla, toasted coconut, rocky road, fudge and treacle. The taste is rich-roasted malt, coffee, toast, earth, light spice, bourbon, brown sugar, molasses, warming, cola, burnt caramel and dark fruit with a dry, roasty finish. Full body and moderate carbonation. Good depth of flavour. Nice balance and rather drinkable.

Burnt flavor, boozy, bittersweet, with dark chocolate, whiskey, a bit of espresso, vinous fruity notes, vanilla, and a drier burnt finish. Full-bodied.

Aroma is rich roasted, vanilla, dark fruits, chocolate, wood, booze, bourbon and light peat notes. Flavor is heavy sweet and light heavy bitter. Long and sweet finish with alcohol warmth / light burn. Full bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle #94. Almost black, opague. Chocolate, oak ad whisky in the aroma. Full bodied. Thick mouthfeel. Initial dried fruit, plums and chocolate overpowered by streams of whisky. Hints of licorice and oak. vanilla. Layers of flavors and aroma with a whisky varnish. I love it!
