Provada al quart BBF. Entra en el top cinc del festival. Elegant i fàcil de beure tot i els seus 12 graus. Molt complexa en tots els sentits, molt gran. Beerconnaiseur (166) - BELGIUM - DEC 1, 2012

-First impression : The woody casky character - smelt instantly after opening & before pouring - is just amazing.
- Taste : These olfactory dynamics transpond perfectly when poured. Reminds me of Vienna Moccha coffees. Black malts with a hint of vanilla, shortly followed by a sense of wood and cask - a taste remaining in the mouth for a nice amount of time. Exquisite combination of olfactory and gustatory characteristics. Everything adds-up perfectly in this beer!
-Looks : Beautiful dark body but with small head of foam
-Conclusion : Excellent barrel aged stout! One of my all time favourites of The Molen! KennethArd (630) - Odense, DENMARK - FEB 23, 2014
Deep smokey aroma. Black with small brown head. The taste is also very smokey with salty liquorice & black chocolate. Medium body, oily texture & low carbonation. alethol (133) - NETHERLANDS - JAN 27, 2013
Tap at Borefts 2012. World class. Enjoyed this tremendously. Pours pitch black. Peat, whiskey, smoke, sweetness. Full body, very creamy and full. MaartenRF10 (1959) - Wageningen, NETHERLANDS - SEP 29, 2012

On the the highlights of BBF this year! Black beer with brown head. Aroma is very peaty, with iodium and whiskey. Taste is even more peaty, again iodium. Bit medicinal. Some chocolate there as well. Dry, full body. Great!!!
Pours a black color. Aroma is peat, cellar and smoke. Taste is full, very full with charcoal, burned toast, some sweetness, espresso and smoke. Heavy aftertaste, full of coffee bitterness. Great beer!
