Draft at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014 - Session 4. Pours clear brown with a bubbly, tan head. Very nice imperial stout, though quite heavy duty, with rich dark fruits, chocolate and obvious alcohol presence. Full bodied and chewy, with fine carbonation. Hot finish, with lots more dark fruits, light bittersweet baking cocoa. Good one.

CBC Session 4. Opaque black - brown beer, tidy tan head. Palate is light and a little dry. Good fine carbonation. Lactose dark malts with mild dark chocolate. Mild dark fruits. Little wood but not that rummy! Light airy slightly dry. Nice but was hoping for more barrel on this one.
