Koelschtrinker (20591) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - JAN 16, 2016
Torfiger Geruch. Malzig-torfiger Antrunk, weich, etwas Schokolade. Die Malzigkeit steigt stark an, dahinter wenig herb, nussig. Sehr weich, der Alkohol ist zu keinem Zeitpunkt erkennbar. Intensiv würzig, die Torfnoten geraten etwas in den Hintergrund. Langer Nachhall. 8/12/12/12/9/12

olliejobbins (1578) - Dorking, Surrey, ENGLAND - OCT 15, 2015
330ml bottle. Pours jet black with a few brown bubbles. Aroma is earth, peat and burnt toast. Very thin mouth feel - almost watery. Tricky one. It tastes nice but it isn’t complex. Incredibly heavily peated, very very earthy. Quite sweet though. Ultimately a great flavour and easy drinking, especially at this abv.

rikstar (2604) - NETHERLANDS - JUL 29, 2015

hrabren (1271) - Zagreb, CROATIA - JUL 23, 2015
0.33 bottle from Hoppiness, Koper, Slovenia. Black with red tint and small brownish head. Very aromatic, whisky, smoked dry meat, heavy on the barrel, charged wood. Salty, acidic, meaty, woody. Tart. Very full mouthfeel, lots of body. Dry finish in the throat. Enjoyable, but maybe to heavy for some.

3.9
King_Alex_II (1228) - SWITZERLAND - JUL 23, 2015
Pitch black color with beige foam. A lot of peat smoke in the nose. The taste combines smooth chocolate with whisky smoke. Very interesting variation from the standard hemel & aarde. Dryish, calm and chocolatey aftertaste.
