Update (sort of): I had previously tried this at ACBF 2011. Notes as follows: Draft. Pours clearish, rich gold with a foam head. Fresh brett nose, some faint sugar malts. Light sweet flavor, very clean, modest brett presence, light sourness, some bread. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Clean, lightly bretty finish, some sugars, mild grass and lemons. Good stuff. (3.7+ was the rating, so pretty consistent with that of GBBF.)
Draft at Borefts 2012 - Bodegraven. Pours clear gold with a light, white foam head. Great funk character, light to medium sweetness, some tangy melon. Medium bodied with fine carboantion. Moderately sweet to finish with sturdy brett, funky bread, some citrus. Really nice beer. (3.7)
Served by the brewer himself, gravity dispense, from a large wooden barrel at the Belgian and Dutch Bar, GBBF ’11. Missing head, hazy golden. Bitter hops in aroma in the direction of farmyard. Dusty dry taste followed by tart yeasty fruitiness. Bittersweet ending. Palate cleanser (London, 03.08.2011). oh6gdx (26487) - Vasa, FINLAND - AUG 12, 2011
