Bottle 18cl from Fonefan thanks very much. A flat beer with dark amber color, nose is fantastic on dry grapes, prunes, caramel, alcohol notes, light cherry touch. Aroma is malty, caramel like, on figs, fresh red fruits are there such as strawberries and blackcurrant, light licorice, alcohol is burning, finish is a bit cognac with a oak touch, burnt cherries, sweet and off course malty. Very complex beer, that evolves even during tasting, very pleasant, terrible !

25cl bottle (Shared by Cunningham - Thanks a lot!) Pours dark hazy brown with a reddish hue and almost no head. Malty aroma with caramel and dark dried fruits. Sweet and sugary with well integrated alcohol. A bit like liqueur or port, but with some bitterness. Nice dessert beer. Very drinkable and quite well balanced. Delicious! (2012-08-02)

Dark amber colour with a very smal beige head. Fruity and malty aroma with some alcohol coming through. A very intense fruity sweetness. Round nice texture. Very well hidden alcohol in the flavour. Nice and enjoyable.
Bottle from Holland, shared with Visionthing and Arve_Christian somewhere in Oslo]

Bottle. It pours an unclear, brown to amber body with some offf-white to light beige bubbles on top. Alcohol, maltyness and some grassy, piney hops on the nose. And then some more alcohol. Still, quite pleasant. The flavor is citrusy and piney up front, with a caramel maltyness as a backbone, alcohol all over the way, but it’s really tasteful. Full-bodied and warming, maybe a tad low on carbonation, but it’s a strong, almost oily beer so no points deducted for that. Really lasting finish with a good shot of bitterness to deal with all the sweetness. A bit too much maybe, this one, but still really nice. 111209

On tap at Borefts I. Hazy dark amber beer. Smooth palate, soft with a crisp edge. Semi sweet malt, very slightly porty. Hides the alcohol pretty well - comes over like a 10.0% beer. Sweet beer but not quite one of these ’Liquer Beers’.

Malty, dense on palate with a balanced final, vinous, alcoholic and with a decent duration. Carbonation is soft. Body is high. Texture is oily.
