33cl bottle. Pours an attractive orangey brown with a nicely proportioned head and frantic bubbles. The nose has something in between grapefruit, earthiness and toffee. The taste has more of the same with the grapefruit and farmyard character dominating. The palate is great - lovely medium to full structure with a big creamy and tangy middle section texture and a refreshing but elegant finish. Overall, lovely beer. gunnar (9697) - Sandnes, NORWAY - MAY 9, 2012

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet Vika, Oslo. ABV 7.5%, 50 EBU. Amber colour, hazy when the yeast is poured in, large white head. Strong sweetish aroma, notes of saison yeast, fruit and marmalade, hints of mild spices and spruce. The carbonation seems about right. The flavour is medium sweet and hoppy (fruit and spruce) throughout, but the bitterness is not overdone. Stands forth as a very well balanced and enoyable beer. anders37 (27062) - Malmö, SWEDEN - MAY 9, 2012

Draft at Monks. Dark cloudy amber with a small white head. Very full and dry for a Saison. Big hoppiness. Notes of tangelo and pine forest debris. Some juicy dried fruits but dry front to back. 77ships (11051) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - MAY 1, 2012
33 cl. bottle @ home / purchased @ Hopduvel // amber with a touch of apricot / creamy off-white head, quite nice looking // floral hops & small touch fruity yeast & fruitiness on the nose// tastes initially quite fruity & sweet with caramel, apricot but goes quickly into a lingering bitter finish with herbal hops & spices, very lasting on the pallet, hard iron-rich water / old-school saison, feel & taste safe for the initial touch sweetness // fitting above medium carb. / touch yeast body / touch crisp // good saison swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - APR 29, 2012
Draft at blue monk, buffalo. Golden orange pour. Floral hops and orange peel fill aroma. Fruity and floral notes coincide with a hefty amount of hops. Light throat burn from the hops. Saison attributes seemed a bit lost here. madmitch76 (25568) - , Essex, ENGLAND - APR 28, 2012

Bottle in our quirky Oslo hotel. Hazy amber beer, good pale cream coloured head. Light palate, semi crisp and semi dry. Nicely balanced beer. Nice pale malt, not too sweet. Hops are a little tea like with some floral notes and bitter citrus. Semi dry finish. Very easy drinking beer.
