Copper colour with thin but solid head. Toasty malts in the aroma, yeast and some bitter orange citrus. Quite gassy. Fruity flavour. Bittersweet and hoppy with a light malt taste in the finish. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - AUG 3, 2012
Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy deep golden with a small off-white head. Fruity aroma with a light yeastiness. Medium body, quite fruity with a slightly spicy edge, a little caramel. Mouthfeel is a little tired. Has a metallic edge. Ends dry. 030812 olio (10168) - Tampere, FINLAND - JUL 31, 2012

Pours clear dark golden color with a large foamy head, some sediment in the bottle. Aroma of yeast, rose hip, mild apricot, spice notes and some lemon. Flavor of rose hip, yeast, apricot, hints of spices and grass. Strong CO2, sourish fruity palate with a dry spicy finish. Not your traditional saison.

Slightly sweet and leathery aroma with some floral notes and fruits. Flavour has floral notes, some spices and apricot. Not very Saison‐like, feels like a Belgian Strong Blonde.
Bottle from Borresteijn, thanks! Amber color. Pepper, yeast and a hint of citrus in both aroma and flavor. Pepper in the finish. Slightly alcoholic. Dry. Good attempt at a saison.

330 ml bottle. From bierkompass.de.mjs (7169) - Helsinki, FINLAND - JUL 21, 2012
Hazy orangey golden colour with small white head.
Sweet caramel, yeast, hops and yoghurt in aroma.
Flavour is sweetish hops, yeast and mild yoghurt sourness.
Mild bitterness in aftertaste.
(Bottle, 0.33 l - bottled 13.1.2012, courtesy of rosenbergh, 20120721) The beer poured deep amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had spices, hops and yeast. Palate was quite light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were spices, yeast, hops, sourness, malts, fruitiness and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy, fruity, sour and bitter. A tasty but a bit musty saison. berlinoise2go (689) - NORWAY - JUL 15, 2012
Bottle (33cl) from Vinmonopolet (Vika), Oslo. Hazy amber colour. Inch-thick fluffy offwhite head, good retention, leaves some lacing. Hoppy/fruity/spicy aroma with citrus, honey, pine, overripe pears, coriander seeds. Taste is nicely balanced, fruity-sweet and bitter - a bit like a mix between bitter ale and hefeweizen. Lively carbonation, medium body. Spicy-bitter aftertaste. LarsEngen (367) - Sandvika, NORWAY - JUL 14, 2012
0,33 Bottle from Vinmonopolet Vika @ home. Brewed 16/1-12. Pours deep orange with a one finger light brown head. Nice fresh and fruity aroma. Some alcohol notes also to the nose. Light sweetness and medium bitterness. The alcohol is first very well hidden but after a while there is a nice warm aftertaste. lively carbonation. Good one. lefossoyeur (613) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - JUL 12, 2012
Copper golden topped by a small but lasting white head. Pleasant fruity nose backed by sour malty note. Light to medium body, pleasantly fruity, quite simple but nicely refreshing. Finishes on a light fruity, doughy aftertaste. Not a typical saison but enjoyble one.
