50% barley, 50% wheat slightly dryhopped with Amarillo made with the German Weihenstephan yeast. Pineapple, pear and tangerine in the flavor. The fruit almost makes you forget that this beer is well hopped with flowery and citric hops. More hops in the aftertaste, with notes of banana and fresh cheese.

Amber/brown colour, medium carbonation. Medium body. Complex aroma of ripe fruit with yeasty notes. Taste is sweet with bitter notes and some sourness. Good brew.

Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. A gusher, didn´t stand the cellaring well. Poured itself cloudy pale straw coloured. Aroma of rotten apples, has to be infected. Taste is not any good, lots of wood all over the place, dry wood that is.

Fra flaske på Cardinaltreff: voldsomt skum, her må det være noe galt. Lukter og smaker infisert men ikke helt udrikkelig som medisinal smaksprøve. Neppe hva legen ville forordnet. Kanskje ung men ikke ufordervet.

Overfoaming. Large, white head. Unclear. Smells infected. Interesting taste, somewhat medicinal, of iodine and such. Similar aftertaste. Probably (hopefully) infected.

Fresh orange/grapefruit peel american hop aroma with some slight pine notes. Hazy golden in color with nice sudsy lasting white head. Taste is orange-creamsicle-esque with thos orange/grapefruite hops though overall quite light and refreshing. Subtley complex.

Hazy blond color; creamy head. I’m told it’s brewed with Citra hops, which doesn’t correspond to truth, according to the above description. The aroma is pungent, citrusy, but also soapy; with weizen yeast as well. The body is lighter than expected, the flavor too; there is a lemony touch and very light wheat flavor, lightly grassy too. Correct bitterness, with a rather dry and lemony final that is actually the most interesting side of this beer. Not impressive, but balanced and refreshing.

Bottle at Haandverkerstuene. A bit clear golden color, with big white head. Spicy aroma of wheat, banana/yeast and fruits. Strong wheat taste with spice, fruit and a tad alcohol. Strong bitter finish too.

After opening the bottle, the beer sprayed out like a fountain! Pineapple yellow color with a high, coarsely porous head. Smells aroma hoppy, yeasty, acidic and citrus-like. It starts with great aroma hops, its very fruity and pleasantly yeasty, citrusy acidity. The aftertaste is yeasty and sour, again with lots of aroma hops. In the further course, it gets more fruity, peach and citrus fruit in perfect harmony with the delicate aroma hops.
