Dry hops, Cascade,Chinook and Galena. Red-brown beer with a creamy beige foam. Complex nose, nutmeg, exotic woods, spices, flowers and nice hops are there to make your nose go crazy. Taste is medium dry with cognac accents. There is a bitterish touch of bitter nutpeel, cardamom, wood and a touch of honey to give it a mildish flair and for sure a grat dosis of citrussy hops.

PINT tasting, old corked bottle. Lots of yeast floating around, still clear yellow. Nutmeg in aroma. Did not taste that good anymore, nobody emptied their glass. (Arnhem 201509)

Erikoinen tuoksu. Hieman lkeminen. Maussa mys hieman erikoinen maku. Toffeeta todella paljon jlkimaussa. Hyvin erikoinen olut. Pehme hiivaisuus maistuu.

33 cl bottle @ Olutravintola Konttori. Rated on 26.08.2010
Aroma is hoppy with fruits, some resin and caramel. Flavour has hops, some exotic fruits, caramel and resin. Probably not at its best shape, the bottle was 1,5 years old. Not bad still.

11/11/12/13/12/12

Copenhagen beer festival. Cloudy light brown beer. Whitish frothy head. Crisp palate. Well balanced fruity hops. Tastes sweet after the Mikkeller Stella 09.

Bottle: Hazy, loads of floaties visible, big stable off-white head, light amber coloured; sweet bready (brown bread) nose with the expected herbal-hoppy background; dry bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied; a subtle fruitiness shows up in the stonger piney-hoppy and caramalty finish, followed by a light alcohol burn. Quite mediocre by De Molen standards.....

330ml bottle from Sliterij Van Bergen, Eindhoven, NL!
The beer in the glass is dark orange and opaque, with many beer yeast particles. Especially on the ground settles much. Fine, creamy and medium high head. Smells hoppy bitter, slightly citrusy. Above all, the magnificent Cascade hops through. The IPA starts milder than expected. Hoppy floral-grassy, with a fruity-sweet nuances. An IPA of a different kind: fermented fruity, but pleasant aroma hops, and in no way bitter. The further course is also extremely fruity, incredibly aromahoppy and just a little bitter. The whole thing is more in the sweet direction. Overall, an unusual but terrific horny IPA!!!
