Bottle shared during the RBESG 2014 London Grand Tasting - Moncada Brewery. Pours hazy amber with a creamy tan head. The nose is sweet and doughy bread with accents of caramel. Sweet flavor with light spices, sugary bread, mild yeast. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes sweetly with bready malts. OK. Perhaps a bit simplistic, but nice enough.

Bottle from Pibar, Lausanne
Amber color, with medium sized head. Rosemary and medicinal aroma, not exciting. Good body, good malt flavor, some caramel, rather sweet; it has some wood and some herbs, but quite balanced; correct bitterness.
I’m always doubtful about herbal beers.
