75cl bottle into glass. Lille. Appearance: amber orange in color. Little head. Cloudy appearance. Lees suspension. Aroma: spicey rye, honey, dark fruits. Taste: sweet and slightly sour finish. Spicy notes from the rye. Palate: full body, creamy mouthfeel. Good carbonation. Overall, complex flavor. Spicy, sweet, sour. Very interesting to drink.

Bottle from De Molen. Poured a hazy medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is yeast, sweet malt, toffee caramel. The flavour is moderate to strong sweet with a sweet alcohol liqourice bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Sweet and alcoholic. There isn’t much more to say really. A bit of a disappointment.

pityu (681) - Budapest, HUNGARY - DEC 16, 2015
Bottle - Deep amber colour, small stable beige head. Intense spicy aromas, cardamom, pepper, some oak tones, crushed wheat. Taste is a bit weird, but i like it. Toasted malty and bready taste supported by cardamom, vanilla and herbal hops. Full body, sticky texture, flat carbonation, alcohol is well hidden. Weird and unbalanced but i like it.

Warm golden colour, white head. Malty aroma, spices, vanilla. Sweet flavour, speculaas, spices, light herbal. Sweet finish, spices.

From my backlogg: RBESG 2014 in London, Grand Tasting. Hazy brownish beer with an beige head. Caramel fruity sweetish red berries aroma. Similar flavour, almost to sweet...but I liked it :-)

33 cl bottle. Aroma: white porto, cardamom, pumpkin and vanilla. Taste: very spicy, a little fruit sour, sweet nektar and vanilla, very warming.

BlazerT (1080) - Sosnowiec, POLAND - MAR 8, 2015
Bottle. Deep amber/light brown with beige, tiny head. Poor lacing and head lasting. As far as taste and smell is concerned this beer is not on my top list. The combination of some weird spices along with hints of oak and vanilla. Sweet and malty profile, may be some rasins too. In general the worst de molen berar I’ve ever tried.

markextrae (4410) - Alingsås, SWEDEN, SWEDEN - MAR 1, 2015
Backlog rating remembered this as one of the most horrible beers of the molen ever. Clear copper colour, weird spices, malts, caramel, kardamon, cinnamon, weird spiced spices. Very weird taste. Bad bad beer

330ml (Celle, Riga)
Woh, smells of milk powder or evaporated milk, some horlicks. Not what I want or expect from a beer. Some odd sweet smokiness too. Anna’s was a little sourer. Nice red, quite hazy, brief head. Smooth sweet palate. Taste is odd, sweetish, a little sour, a hint of smoke. Fish?!?!? Nope, that’s where I draw the line. Some alcohol too. That’s a total mess all over. Nope.

Marduk (7580) - Reval, ESTONIA - FEB 27, 2015
330ml bottle (Alus Celle, Riga). Slightly hazy dark amber color. Tiny size, white head, stays. Sweet, caramel, raisins, milky, dead grass in aroma. Caramel, citrus, lactic, sourish, sweet, malty roast in taste. Sweet caramel and lactic in aftertaste.

kingstoni (2077) - FINLAND - JAN 30, 2015
Bottle. Hazy amber color with a medium thick foamy off-white head. Aroma of oak, pepper, vanilla and grain. Sweet taste with some sourness. Medium body. Long sweet finish.
