Our new winter ale. Available from the end of November. Brewed with lots of spices but they won’t be overwhelming in both aroma and flavour.

3.1
Idiosynkrasie (7539) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - NOV 6, 2012
330ml bottle. Clear dark copper colour with very small, minimally lacing, off-white something that is more a thin layer than a "head". Unclear spicy aroma. Taste is moderately sweet malty, complex spicy, explicit notes of cinnamon, a touch of anis, a dry laurel note, bitter and slightly peppery finish.

yngwie (17053) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - SEP 22, 2012
On tap at HaandFestival 2012. An unclear, amber beer topped by a light beige head leaving some lacings. Belgo-sweetish on the nose, with caramel, sourish hints and a faint citrusy touch. Not much spicyness going on, neither in the aroma nor in the flavor. It’s sweet, fruity and syrupy in the mouth, with raisins and dates, some alcohol, bitterness and heral notes. Full-bodied, and with a bitter and sweet finish. Tasteful and pleasant, probably a good match with cheese and some chutney or marmalade. 120504
