Our new winter ale. Available from the end of November. Brewed with lots of spices but they won’t be overwhelming in both aroma and flavour.

Adenila (1560) - DENMARK - APR 3, 2012
Hazy brown with a purpur shade and no head. Aroma of caramel and spices, cardemum and cloves along with herbs like lavender. Sweet caramel flavor, sharp herbal and alchohol bitterness with the spices playing a minor role.

33cl bottle from DeMolen biershop. Couleur cuivrée assez claire, col beige disparait vite.

Odense spring time specialties night at Dolle. Copper with a small off-white head. Aroma of malt, brown sugar and caramel with complex but quite strong spices. Sweet caramel and spice flavour. Couldn’t drink much of this spice bomb

#1359 bottle; nose is red apple, heavy sweet alcohol, almond hint, some mahogany, chocolate, cream whiff, feel is medium, carb is medium, taste is sweet leaves, some leather, weak cough syrup, short chocolate note, then a bit moldy and a soursweet malty finish

grunx (367) - - MAR 23, 2012
Té textura però li falta carbònic, sembla esbrabada. Punt anisat. No és de lo millor que fan.
