Old note. Aroma has milk chocolate, liquorice. Murky brown coloured beer with an off-white head. The taste is milky, has chocolate, bit roast. Good experiment in the sense that we can probably say, this is not the beer we want. :-)

Poured from a bottle it is a dark brown with a ecru head. The aroma is chocolate milk. The taste is bitter sweet with a tinge of chocolate and a hint of coffer

From a 33 cl bottle with a bottling date of 10/07/11. Pours a cola brown with a thick ecru head. Aroma of milk curd. Flavors of chocolate milk. Thin bodied. Short finish.

750ml Bottle from Bierkompass!
Slight Gusher! Pours deep brown/black with very dark brown head, that is very soapy and disappeared within seconds! Many big particles float into the beer. Smell is very sweet, slight musty, smells like some kind of stinky cheese. Starts with disgusting roasty-cheesy aromas, paired with some musty roasted malts. Finish has lots of stinky cheese and some musty milk chocolate. What a shame about the 6,99€! Sorry Mr. Olivier, but this beer is defenitely undrinkable!!! WUUUAAAAAAAH!!!

Thanks to sebletitje for sharing at RBBSG II. Pours a hazy dark brown with weird loose brown head. Smell is milk chocolate, fruit, weird sour yogurt. Taste follows the nose ending dry. Body is medium with very course and active carbonation. Awful...something went terribly wrong with this beer.

75cl from DM shop, wtf is this beer? and how can a company even sell this for that price? Beer opened with huge chunks of god knows what mold-like of yeast or lactose. Mediocre carbonation with soda-like profile and head that vanishes in no time.

Bottle. Dark brown beer with some wheat (or sometig else) floating om the top..Leather, malty strange aroma. Smooth, milky leather flavour. Didn´t enjoy this one at all.....

Big bottle from De Molen online shop. Quite a gusher, all over the kitchen sink. Once settled it was a dark black pour with a quickly disappearing head. But quite a bit of stuff remains on top. Quite funky. Nose is quite sour and medicinal. Pretty rank. Taste is thankfully more robust in the beginning with quick taste of chocolate and malts, but then gets oily in texture and quite sour and milky. Kind of a thin weird finish. Not for me at all.

750 ml bottle, poured into a Guinness pint glass at home. ABV 3.5%. Bottled on Sept. 11, 2012. Fully filled bottle, some big chunks of whey visible on top. Pours a black coloured beer, with big bubbles on the surface instead of head, that most of them burst straight away. Finally, a couple of brown and yellow bubbles stay on top for quite long. It looks a bit disgusting to be honest. Aroma of sweet milk and chocolate, not that bad, but there is also a smell of burnt paper on the background. Very weird taste, I don’t remember having drunk anything similar. I can’t decide if it’s a good or a bad taste, also difficult to describe it. Very wide rage of flavours that includes everything, it begins sweet as a good milk stout, then becomes salty and bitter at the same time, only to end up with a sweet/sour flavour, with emphasis on the sour. There is a faint chocolate taste, but also a cheesy one. I certainly hope that this comes from the whey that is now on top of my glass and that the next glass will taste better. Quite carbonated, medium to full body. Tart feeling on the palate. Overall, interesting beer, but it seems it’s not for me.
