Bottle from bierzwerg.de. Hazy amber color with medium white head. Floral aroma with malt and grassy hops. taste sweet malt, honey, bee wax, caramel, little bit harsh bitterness in finish. Not bad.

# 3281 ersma: es gibt ja brauereien, die will man unbedingt kennenlernen, und trotzdem laufen sie viel zu lange an einem vorbei. dank eines besuchs beim bierzwerg, der netterweise extra für mich eine samstags-schicht eingelegt hat, steht hier nun endlich ein dutzend biere von de molen. die brauerei gibt sich sinternational, dass nur die biersorten holländisch benamt sind, der rest der etiketten ist englisch. orange-rötlich und trübe (flaschengärung). mittelviel recht stabiler schaum. der geruch ist säuerlich-malzig. der antrunk ist hopfenbetont mit leicht blumigen aromen. die mitte wird malziger, die hopfenaromen (premiant (nie gehört), saaz und styrian) fügen sich gut ein. auch im abgang blumigkeit und viel malz. runde sache. die flasche hat ein schlichtes etikett mit allen informationen: malz- und hopfensorten, stammwürze, ibu (35), ebc (21), abfülldatum, trinktemperatur. vorbildlich. fazit: schöner bock mit sehr angenehmen hopfenaromen. probierenswert. 11,11,11,11,13,11 - 11,10 - 11/

Draught @ De Molen. A bit hazy orange color, medium sized off-white head that leaves goodlacing. Aroma has malts, caramel, lightly fruity and lightly spices. Taste lightly malts, lightly caramel, slightly hoppy, some fruityness, lightly bitter finish. Soft but suitable carbonation, decent body.
