Tap @ Borefts 2012. The pour’s deep red with a small off-white head. The nose is funky vinegar, some cherry compote and lemon peel. The taste is tangy brett, red fruits, more funky lemon. A bit of vinegar. Nice, smooth drinker.

anstei (2610) - Zurich, SWITZERLAND - SEP 17, 2017
Bottle, courtesy of Herr Schneider, many thanks! Pours cloudy amber. Aroma is funky and wild, metallic, some candy and phenols. Body is medium, sour and acidic, dried dark/red fruit, barrel flavours, low acetone. Soft carbonation leading to a lingering fruit palate with more acetone. Good!

BlazerT (1253) - Sosnowiec, POLAND - FEB 4, 2017
Very acetic and vinegar. Slight to moderate red berries notes, medium malty character, cherries, apples, citric, wooden, tart. In general high sourness, too acetic and sour, not enough maltiness. Once another not really good sour beer from De Molen.

CyborgX (127) - THAILAND - OCT 25, 2016
Bottle - aroma is of malt vinegar, and taste backs that up as sweet and sour, emphasis on the sour! Sipped in combination with a Brewdog Tokyo*, it provides the perfect foil to bring out the best of both brews ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Theydon_Bois (20636) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - DEC 29, 2015
Bottle at home, 29/12/15. Reddish amber with a moderate crown of beige bubbles that soon dissipates to nyadda. Nose holds acidic qualities, earthy red berry, fruit balsams, pissy bushes, funk, nutty tones. Taste comprises sharp citric peel, musty wood, tarte red berry, strong balsamic presence. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, rising acidity in a puckering close. Decent enough xour red.

Bij Maakun. Zure jongen met randje van kaneel, rode bessen, druiven, fruitig. Maar vooral ZUUR. Glazuur springt bijna uit m’n bek. Backlog from 2015/06/09.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Ariel’s place. Thanks Shmupi. Headless muddy brown. Sourish, puke and a little lactic aroma. Too sour, acidic and vinegar taste. Medium body, sourish finish.
