bottle from Bierkoning - Thanks a lot! Deep brown colour, creamy beige head. Malty with lots of roasetd malts, shy hints of caramel. Dry palate. Impressive how good this beer is at such a low ABV - strength doesn’t matter... NoiZe (2323) - Zeist, NETHERLANDS - JUN 3, 2010
Brown colored brew. Aroma has smoke, roast and coffee. Flavor is a bit carbonated, light tones of coffee, roast and good saaz hops. This is really a nice lower alcohol beer, very enjoyable and easy to drink. bierkoning (13352) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - MAY 31, 2010
Bottle. Deep dark brown color. Roast and coffee in the arma. Roast, apple syrup, coffee and laurel in the flavor. Well hopped, without hampering the drinkability of this beer. Thinnish. Just delicious. skortila (5867) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - MAY 31, 2010
Bottled. The aroma has coffee, oranges, some grass. Cloudy, dark brown-black coloured beer with an off-white/beige coloured, medium head. The taste is slightly bitter, little sweet. There is coffee, some roast, liquorice, some grass. Bit carbonated on the tongue. Light bodied, dry finish. Nice light beer.

Bottle from Cracked Kettle. Pours a hazy, dark brown beer with a big light brown head. Stout aroma with hints of some hops. Taste is quite nice with some smoked hints, coffee and some bitter notes. A bit thin bodied but still very nice. Especially with the low ABV. Good brew. dutchbeerpages (2439) - Wilnis, NETHERLANDS - MAY 30, 2010
Quite a smoky stout that is fairly easy to drink. Still nice to drink over a long time, even though the % is less than 4. altonbrownd (5897) - Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA - MAY 26, 2010
Bottle from De Bierkoning. Dark brown body with medium tan head. Stout nose with nice malt and dark fruit notes. Sweet and slightly smoky taste with caramel and toffee in full effect. Smoothens out with chocolate and plenty of bitter. Quite nice. Borresteijn (7053) - Zaandam, NETHERLANDS - MAY 22, 2010
33cl Bottle from De Bierkoning. Muddy dark brown to black colour, thin light brown head. Aroma of roasted brown malts, a hint of peat, some chocolate. Flavour is light sweet, fruity, brown malts, roasted malts, milk chocolate, light sourish bitter finish. Light bodied, watery mouthfeel. Nice, but a bit too thin, and not a stout but a mild ale. thebeertourist (5189) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAY 21, 2010
Bottle from De Bierkoning. Very dark brown with a small tan head. Chocolate aroma and flavours, hints of roast. Some hop bitterness. A bit thin. Drinkable, but not the most exciting beer from De Molen.
