On tap at Monks Café, pours orange brown with medium sized head. Aromas and flavors are caramel and sweet malting, light honey, yeast, and hops. Finishes with hop and English tasting malts. Pours an amber colour with a small white head. Aroma of sweet berries, herbs and some grass. Flavour of sweet berries, sweet malts, herbs and quite bitter, grassy hops. Medium bodied, harsh mouthfeel and decent carbonation. Overall a harsh brew and quite homebrewish as well.

Pours reddish orange with a medium foamy white head. Aroma has notes of berries, earthy notes, malts and gooseberry. Taste of berries, malts and caramel. Finish is quite bitter with some fruity notes. A bit unbalanced, berries dominate the taste a bit too much.

On tap at the brewpub. Slightly hazy amber brown colour, dense off white head. Aroma of sweet malts, light fruity, flowery, caramel. Flavour is sweet, malty, fruity, toffee, nice grassy bitter finish. Medium bodied, slick. A lot better than the previous Molenbier imo. (draught) pours a murky deep ruby colour with a creamy off-white head. aroma of dried dark fruit, caramel and kiwi, slightly musty with a hint of cherries. flavour is mostly the same, lots of dark fruit, with strong notes of pineapple, some caramel and a hint of pale malts in the slightly alcoholic semi-dry finish. heavy-bodied with average carbonation.
