Copper color, opaque, slightly hazy. Great off-white head, huge and longlasting, with a compact looking and a soapy surface. Beautiful head. Malty aromas, to honey, caramel, biscuit and a medicine hint. The mouthfeel presents the same notes: honey, caramel and orangish hops to balance. Good development, medium carbonated and bodied, sweetish and lingering finish, watery to creamy texture. Probably, it is not a great beer, but I liked it a lot. Ill repeat, for sure.

Another de Molen beer. Like usual very experimental, first of all its hardly to classify its style. The colour is brown, dark amber. Average head and average lacing. The aroma is very nice, some dark fruit esters combined with malts and caramel, some basement aromas. It has some features of belgian ale like characteristic yeasty and malty aroma. Taste is bitter but not striking bitter, some sweet malts in the middle and in aftertaste. Noticable pils malts. The textute is rather thick, average carbonation and medium body. Molenbier is another well balanced de Molen beer, which has some features of pilsner, belgian and english ale. Interesting but did not knocked me down.

Bottle from Erzbierschof - Hazy brown color with a frothy beige head, long lasting and good lacing - Aroma is malty, grainy, toffee, caramel, biscuits, fruity, dried prune, raisin, very complex aroma - Flavor is grainy, buscuits, red fruits and earthy bitterness - Medium body, fizzy carbonation, medium/high bitterness, dry, long dry bitter earthy finish - interesting and well done, you have a beer a nose and another in the mouth, what you can expect in nose is really different in mouth

Bottle, 33cl. Very intense copper colour and thin but quite stable foam head. Lots of coloidal yeasts but that does not disturb the whole appearance to me at all. Aroma of fresh earthy hops and toffee, not as intense as it could be and in my opinion, not very interesting. The taste built of bittereness at medium level just fine for the English Aleand well balanced with maltym toffee-like sweteness. Undetectable alcohol, and a bit yeasty dryness on the palate in the aftertaste. Quite thin body and I would rather have it more oily/slicky. Very drinkable. Overall, a very good English styled Ale.

huge frothy offwhite head. excellent lacing. mostly diminishing. muddy thick light brown body. aroma: moderate nutty malty, caramel, milk chocolate and alcohol. if: moderate sweet. ff: light bitter; long duration. palate: light medium body, watery/oily texture, lively carbonation, metallic and heavy alcoholic finish. Lembra o sabor de outra cerveja bem famosa cujo nome no me recordo agora.110 s
