Mooi & Meedogenloos combines both Belgian style Quadruple and Imperial Stout. Sweet and spicy like the first but roasted and full bodied like the second. 21° Plato, 81.7 EBC, Czech hops: bittering hops Premiant, as final hops Saaz.

33cl bottle, BBE 2020. Pours almost black with a thin, creamy brownish head. Aroma is sweet moasses, licorice, malt(roasted). Flavour has roasted malt, licorice, oat, hops and some cococa hints. Medium to full bodied, Good drinkability. sweet aftertaste

Sweet Imperial Stout. Sorry, but I like more sweet then bitter. Chocolate - strong, woman should love it!

It is very similar to De Molen’s Bomen & Granaten, but with hints of dark chocolate and cocoa. Heavy aroma of mixed roasted nuts, fresh chocolate cake and red fruits. Taste is mostly bubble gum, strawberry liquor, raisins, chocolate syrup, coffee, soy sauce. Very sweet, heavy bodied, low to medium carbonation, very smooth, very easy drinking.

Bottle from Mane Liquor. A Stout Barley Wine! This is very powerful but very good. Has a heavy malt presence, pours black with no head. An excellent winter warmer.

Very nice mix of an Imperial stout and a quadruple/barlewine. Aroma reminds me a lot of a barlewine, sweet and rich and complex, with a lot of dried fruit, toffee and floral aromas. Flavour still has that same complexity and fruitiness as aroma but with a lot of roast aroma and maltiness. Very enjoyable hybrid!

Tap at Arendsnest, Amsterdam. Black ink, lovely lace, dried fruit and candy on the nose, which however doesn't really wow as quite subdued. More than makes up for it on the sweet, bitter, full, yet elegant palate. A delicious imperial stout. Looooong finish of licorice and coffee beans. Yum yum ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Barwa czarna, spora piana, redukuje się do niskiej obrączki. W aromacie paloność, lukrecja, kawa, alkohol. W smaku wytrawnie, paloność, nutka wanilii, sporo alkoholu.

330ml bottle pours out dark brown almost black topped with a tan head. Nose is nice chocolate roast malts some peat smoke and a nice sweet pit fruit. Taste is more of the chocolate some ash notes and a rich malt on the end.

Scent of coffee, chocolate, soy and licorice. Black malt, dark coffee, dark chocolate and soy in the taste. Good bitterness that fills the mouth forever. Good beer but not so special. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

On tap. Black color, tan head, oily texture. Aroma of whiskey, plums, chocolate. Medium bitter, medium sweet. Well done.
