This is realy nice. very thick creamy dark blackis beer. bourbon vanilla in the arome mixed with loads of coffee and dark chocolate. taste is similar, nice and boozy but not too much. Like MadRobin (2989) - Silver Spring, Maryland, USA - FEB 4, 2015
On tap at Churchkey in Washington, DC.
Opaque, near black with with a large tan head and excellent lacing.
Aroma of roasted malt, bourbon, chocolate and charred oak.
Taste of bourbon, roasted malt, sweet chocolate, charred oak, vanilla and raisins.
Full body and low carbonization.
An impressive imperial stout. It's one weakness is the bourbon is so strong that it keeps the other great flavors from shining as well as they might otherwise.

Lots of roast with a decent dose of bourbon. Still comes together pretty well. Pours black with good mocha head and lacing. Bittersweet finish. Tap at Churchkey. MunBro (942) - St. Albert, Alberta, CANADA - JAN 25, 2015
Very thick and oily pour - inky black with a foamy tan head. Incredibly poignant, almost overpowering aroma of bourbon. The bourbon flavour ties your tongue in a knot then sucker punches it immediately after entering your mouth. Creamy mouthfeel, other flavours include coffee and roasted malts, burnt caramel, orange peel, and some light spicing. A very respectable stout, but a little heavy on the bourbon for me. rouhlas (3986) - Thessaloniki, GREECE - JAN 7, 2015
330ml bottle at home, from the Hoppy Pub, Thessaloniki. Black color with beige brown head. Roasted malty aroma, chocolate, coffee, wood, vanilla, dark fruits. Sweet and bitter taste like the aroma (coffee is the dominant flavor). Medium to full body, almost creamy with soft carbonation. PaulW (107) - Southampton, Hampshire, ENGLAND - JAN 3, 2015
Pleasant aroma of licorice, this pours a dark syrupy and headless. There is bags of body here; chocolate, dark malt and burned bits, all with that dark orange undercurrent of bourbon. Probably lots of hops here to balance things out. Bostin’ imperial stout. kryon (3930) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - DEC 12, 2014
