BOTTLE 33 CL. Inky black. Thick inky roast, some dark fruit and loads of roast, soy sauce. The taste is beyond threshold of perception - super intense, inky roast, residual sweetness is balanced by huge roasty bitterness. Hardly any barrel. Good, turned to eleven.

Pours pitch black with tan head. Aroma is deep roasted malt, coffee ground, dark chocolate, vanilla, bourbon, oak, toasted coconut, dark fruits, dark chocolate covered cherries. Flavour is pure dark chocolate, coffee beans, bourbon forward, dark fruits, an awesome smoked finish which is perfect, not too subtle nor too strong. Full body, velvety creamy mouthfeel, really soft carbonation. Loved it!

Black as an abandoned murder scene that has been torched with kerosene. Aroma is heavy roast malt, espresso, molasses, oak. Taste is heavy on roast malt and coffee flavours, lots of burnt sugar, toffee, bourbon vanilla, blackstrap molasses. A beauteous beer that hits on all of my favourite things

33cl bottle at home from Plan B, Rotterdam. Nose is bourbon, parfume, light smoke. Body is pitch black, no head. Aroma is dark roasted coffee, dark chocolate, licorice, dried fruits. Light sweet, heavy roasty bitter, light liqueurish sour. Finish is medium lasting roasty heavy bitter, medium alcohol warmth. Full body, oily slightly sticky texture, flat carbonation. Quite heavy, very tasty, great dessert beer.
